The AMA
Foundation

An independent foundation supporting the governance, decentralization, security, and ecosystem development of the Amadeus Protocol — the confidential Layer 1 for agentic finance.

Our mandate

Agent infrastructure,
held in common.

Over the next decade, most economic activity will be mediated by AI agents. The Foundation exists so that the infrastructure they settle on stays neutral, verifiable, and owned by no single party.

Governance

Accountable by design.

Protocol upgrades, network parameters, and program decisions are documented and open to community review. Governance is decentralizing in stages, with on-chain voting targeted for Q4 2026.

How governance works

Founding membership

What founding
members get.

Founding membership closes at mainnet TGE and is capped at 25 organizations. Members joining now shape how the Foundation runs — not just what it has already decided.

You define the governance

The working groups that will set validator standards and review upgrade proposals don't exist yet. The founding cohort decides what they are, who sits on them, and what they control.

Named where the Foundation is named

Your logo on this site, your name in the founding-cohort announcement and in Foundation press, and a Founding Member mark for your own site.

A direct line to the engineers

Technical sessions with the protocol team — specs, testnet access, and upgrade timelines before they are public.

Open to validators, builders, researchers, infrastructure providers, and institutions. Logos are published with each member's permission. Become a member
